Mail In Registration Form  (RegistrationForms must be postmarked by April 30, 2011)

On-line Registration available through Active.com.  Please note: On-line Registration will has been extended to May 5, 2011 until 8pm. 

You can register by filling out the Mail in Registration Form and mailing it with your payment to Corona Panthers Track Club, 2057 Santa Barbara Street, Corona, CA 92882.  Make check payable to "Corona Panthers TC."  Mail in Registration Forms must be postmarked by April 30, 2011.  Entries received after May 1st will be considered late.

Pre-Registration (Postmarked by April 30, 2011 or May 5, 2011 On-line)

1K Cub Fun Run (12 & under)                                          $10.00 
5K Run/Walk                                                                  $20.00  Individual
5K Team (Minimum of 7 and Maximum of 10 runners)      $15.00  Per runner

Participants may pick up their race packet in front of the Amphitheatre on Friday, May 6, 2011 from 2pm to 7pm or on race day.  Your commemorative t-shirt and race bib will be included in your goody bag.  *T-shirt and goody bag guaranteed to first 1,000 pre-registered participants.

5K Run/Walk                                    $30.00
5K TEAM                                         No Late Registrations will be allowed - Register by the above deadlines

Late registration is available on Friday, May 6th from 2 pm to 7 pm or on Race Day from 6 am to 7:30 am for 5K Run/Walk and up to 8:30am for 1K Cub Fun Run in front of the Amphitheatre.  We will be accepting Checks and Cash only.

Venue and Directions

The Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos is located off the I-15 South of I-91 and is accessible from Weirick Road/Dos Lagos Drive and go East, Left on Temescal Canyon Road.  Follow the signs to the event or click on directions if you are coming from San Diego County, North/Cental Orange County, South Orange County, Los Angeles County, or Riverside County.

5K Run/Walk & 5K Team Run*

The 5K (3.1 mile) course is semi flat, fast, traffic free loops through Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos, beginning and ending at the Plaza.

1K Cub Fun Run*

Cub's 1K course consists of two & half loops around the Amphitheatre and Lake.  This run will be lead by two rabbits and will not be timed or scored.

Awards & Age Divisions for Ceremonies

An awards ceremony will be held at 9:30 am at the Amphitheatre.

Awards will be given in the following:

• Overall male/female finisher will receive Trophy and $50 Dick's Sporting Goods Gift Card
• Overall top 3 males/female age division finishers in the 5K Run will receive commemorative place medal.
• Overall top 3 teams will receive a team trophy and $20 Dick's Sporting Goods Gift Card 
• All participants in the 1K Cub Fun Run will receive a medal.

Age divisions for 5K: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, 19-23, 24-28, 29-33, 34-38, 39-43, 44-48, 49-53, 54-58, 59-63, 64-68, 69-73, 74-78, 79+

Finish Line Activities

Many prizes and goodies from participating product sponsors including entertainment. vendor booths, exhibits, and much more.

* Race is Rain or Shine. Entry fees are non-refundable and Bib numbers are non-transferable.
