Course Description

5K Run/Walk 

The 5K (3.1 mile) course is semi flat, fast, traffic free loops through Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos, beginning and ending at the Plaza.

1K Cub Fun Run

Participants will run around the Lake and finish at the entrance of the amphitheater.

Course Aids

Water Station
Water will be offered at numerous aid stations along the course.

Mile Marker Station

Mile one and two will be chalked and a sign will be out to notify participants.

Medical Stations

A medical team of volunteers will be on-site to handle medical concerns and injuries.  Look for the medical station near the finish line

Cheer Station
Runners love to be cheered. If you and your friends are interested in forming a cheer squad, please e-mail us at Panthers5K@yahoo.com so that we can accomodate your group.
